you may think that people spend many minutes looking at every page on your website but they don't. For B&Bs you need to them quickly - in seconds. Some say less than 10 seconds. I would say 7 seconds.
Look at your own website - do you think it does. What is missing? Are the fonts too small. Is the phone number easy to find. Can they email you in seconds?
